1. Feeding Trolley
The feeding trolley is constructed from gears, servo motors, and manipulators. The manipulator secures the workpiece and is powered by a servo motor; under the transmission action of the rack-and-pinion mechanism, the workpiece is fed along the X-axis direction. This design ensures the longitudinal processing precision required for drilling operations.
2. Feeding Channel
The feeding channel comprises a channel bracket, support rollers, side positioning rollers, side pushing mechanisms, racks, and other components. Its primary function is to convey workpieces to be processed. A photoelectric switch is installed at the front end of the channel, which is used to detect the front end of the workpiece and determine the X-direction processing datum. The side positioning rollers realize rough positioning of the workpiece in the Y direction, while the side pushing mechanisms press the workpiece tightly against the side positioning rollers to ensure stable positioning.
3. Electrical System
The machine tool’s control system comprises a host computer, programmable logic controller (PLC), and other associated components. Programming Method: Processing programs are generated by importing CAD drawings or processing parameters via a USB interface or keyboard. Based on part numbers, these processing programs support on-demand storage, retrieval, display, and data communication functions. The machine tool enables two operational modes: manual adjustment with independent control over individual processing parameters, and fully automated control for the entire processing sequence.
4. Lubrication System
A hybrid lubrication solution combining centralized lubrication and manual lubrication is adopted for the machine.
