Product Features

 

1. The machine frame and crossbeam are constructed with a welded fabricated structure, which undergoes comprehensive aging heat treatment to ensure high precision. The worktable, transverse sliding table, and ram are all made from cast iron, offering enhanced durability and stability.

 

2. The dual servo drive system on both sides of the X-axis guarantees precise and parallel movement of the gantry, ensuring excellent squareness between the Y and X axes.

3. The worktable is constructed from cast iron, ensuring stable and reliable performance.

 

4. The drilling spindle is a rigid, high-precision BT40 type, equipped with an internal cooling system for efficient operation and easy tool changes. The spindle speed ranges from 30 to 3000 rpm.

 

5. Two plate-chain type scrap removal devices are installed on both sides of the worktable. These devices collect scrap and coolant, allowing for efficient recycling of the cooling liquid.
