Product Introduction:
This machine is a gantry-type mobile CNC high-speed drilling and milling system. It is mainly developed for drilling, tapping, and milling operations on components such as steel plates, flanges, heat exchangers, tube sheets, and slewing bearings. High-speed carbide drilling with internal cooling is adopted. The machine is controlled by a KND or CNC bus control system, providing simple operation, high automation, excellent machining accuracy, and strong adaptability for small to medium batch production with diverse workpiece types.

1. The equipment is mainly composed of a machine base, worktable, traveling gantry, vertical ram-type drilling and milling power head, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, cooling system, centralized lubrication system, electrical control system, and automatic chip evacuation system.
2. In this machine series, the worktable and gantry are independently structured, with the gantry moving along two base tracks. This configuration greatly improves machining stability and precision while ensuring high load-bearing performance.
3. The worktable is manufactured from premium-grade gray cast iron, ensuring excellent rigidity, durability, and long-term operational reliability.

The machine bed and worktable are both constructed from high-strength gray cast iron (HT300) and undergo dual tempering heat treatment for stress relief. To eliminate vibration resonance during drilling operations and extend the service life of carbide tools, a separated structure design between the bed and worktable is adopted.

1. The integrated automatic chip removal and circulating coolant system effectively reduce non-productive time and lower operator labor intensity. Operators are only required to perform loading and unloading of workpieces as well as tool replacement.
2. The machine is equipped with a Taiwan-made BT50 high-precision spindle featuring internal cooling capability and compatibility with carbide drills. A pneumatic tool cylinder is incorporated to facilitate rapid tool changes. The high-power spindle motor is driven via a servo-controlled synchronous belt transmission, enabling a wide speed range and stable torque output.
