Product Feature:
1.This machine is mainly composed of transverse conveyor, rotating loading system, infeed conveyor, CNC infeed carriage, punching unit, marking unit, cutting unit, unloading conveyor, as well as hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic systems etc.
2.Adopt CNC technology, servo motor infeeding, with high efficiency, stable workpiece precision. Key hydraulic, pneumatic and electric parts are all world famous brand.
3.All main cable, such as rotary encoder cable, PLC communication cable is shielding twisted-pair cable imported. Thus, it avoids accuracy error caused by signal interference.
4.Computer with Chinese/English interface, easy operation, and can display the drawing of workpiece. Easy programming and can directly use the program data made by lofting software. Only need to input size of workpiece, diameter of holes, back mark and quantity of workpiece when edit program.
5.The angle line installs supporting & pressing device to meet the requirements of processing angles with bigger bending.
6.The front and rear loading unit has been completely improved, and the new structure combining the guide rail and the spring is adopted. The structure is more reasonable and practical, avoid the defects that the spring of the material can not afford.
7.With function of self-diagnosis for failures.
8.Single blade shearing ensures smooth shearing section and save raw material.
