The standard operational cycle time for cold-pressing processes is 10 seconds per workpiece, whereas the thermal processing cycle duration is 120 seconds per unit (subject to the specific material grades and dimensional specifications of the components being processed). Additionally, workpiece fabrication begins only once the heating temperature reaches 800 degrees Celsius (the red-hot phase), with the exact process parameters being determined based on the material type and the required bending angle tolerances.

During the thermal treatment phase of the workpiece, once the process parameters have been set, operators can initiate the cycle by either activating the start function or using the foot pedal switch to trigger the fully automated operational sequence.
